It affects anyone who would otherwise be associated with the opengamingfoundation.org and not with Faust. Ryan holds the key with owning the original domain, but that isnt the only interest in OGF. Why would I want to associate my own work with it if someone is misdirecting traffic from the OGF official site to their own commercial ends? This is misdirection away from the materials of anyone who is listed in the registry. Anyone associated with that site is affected. --Lynn
