His intent may be different than what he wrote. But he states that the legal
existence must be under specific terms of his own determination.

I think you are assuming there is something wrong with morals. You are
incorrect though in that it has no legal existence as its contents are
covered under several people's and company's respective copyrights.

Im going to drop it, just for the matter that this isnt getting anywhere and
once the legal minds go to work on it, it will get settled one way or the
other. However this is not just a matter of Ryan but anyone associated with
or thinking about being associated with OGF. I know that I will consider
this in regard to my own work.
