Right, I suppose you could write an OGL-only product that included parts of the SRD and go through the incredibly clumsy procedure of changing all references to "d20" to "twenty-sided die".

Outside of a more explicit reference to claiming "d20" as PI when used in the title of a work, however, they've just scooped up the entire standard game term into PI.  It almost smacks of PI'ing the word "dice".  Sure, I could get around such a PI designation by using the term "polyhedral variance generators", but it's nothing short of foolishly annoying.
