I have dug through a lot of the archived material--and although no one can be 100% sure until the lawsuits begin to fly--I would like to get your opinions on the following:
As a publisher, you are responsible with respect to PI to your upline only. That is anyone you are deriving your work from and anyone they have derived work from. Anything they claim as PI is off limits, even if it is Public Domain. You have no responsibility to your downline as long as you don't derive anything from them. Thanks for your responses in advance.
