I don't think your use of the Greek gods serves your intended example very well. First off, you're claiming items of public domain as PI. So, in this example, you COULD send him a C&D for using their name, which you claim as PI, with your OGC Hero System, but you wouldn't have a leg to stand on because your PI claim to those particular names is invalid.
