Here' another item I was not very clear on. Does the OGL become an umbrella agreement between Wizards of the Coast and anyone who decides to publish an OGL product; and therefore once PI is claimed, it is claimed vs. any other subsequent publicactions, whether derived from that specific work or not?
Or is the agreement soley between the author of an OGL work and the person wishing to derive from it; and therefore, only has to worry about any legitimate PI claims from that specific author (even if the author has an upstream from which he derived work from)? Or does the person deriving the work from the original author not only have to respect the PI of the author he is deriving work from, but any authors that the upstream of the author? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
