Did the website material have a copy of the license? If so, then you
have to reference that in Section 15; you may not have seen the book,
but you saw the web material.

Yes and no.

Yes: the entry on Spell Templates does have an example, so I would then use the S.15 for the website.

No: the entry for Weapon Templates does not have an example, it simply mentions them.

I guess if I am using both Spell and Weapon Templates, then I could just use the website S.15, since the Spell Template does offer a sample I can modify. If I am only using Weapon Templates, I would not necessarily have to use the website S.15 since I would be creating my own mechanic out of a sentence I read on it. At least that's how I understand it at this point.
