Clark does answer emails in a timely manner. I have used ToH material in
products, while the entries are a pain in the butt (sorry Clark, they are)
they are well worth the trouble because it allows you to use one entry
without having to list the whole book in the Section 15. 

While Clark is ideally suited for answering questions of the ToH, I would
also be willing to answer a question or two about using the OGC material
from ToH.
