You can't use the info in the credit section, but you can use
anything in the rest of the monster entry, including names, numbers,
and anything else printed on the page.

You should slavishly follow the method set out in the "advice"
section of the book exactly; it happens to be a very clear and
accurate description of how to use the OGC in that book. The "this is
not legal advice" line is a legal disclaimer designed to protect the
publisher in case something goes wrong.
