Your statement of "There is some debate as to how much you have to in turn make 
OGC, and... " sounded like you meant that there was a requirement past anything 
derivative since anything that is derivative of OGC is, without question,  OGC. 
That is why I asked for clarification.

The OGL *does* have a requirement on OGL -- anything that is derivative
of someone else's OGC must, in turn, be OGC.
