Kyle, from what *I* undersand it's comparable to software--when you buy a
book, you're not buying the IP, you're buying a COPY of the IP.  Thus, you're
selling the paper, ink, binding, and printing job, that happens to have some
IP printed on it.  (Just like this e-mail "happens" to relate to your
question.)

Since no terms or conditions are applied, I'd assume that the "default"
applies, and you CAN charge money for the book.  Heck, you could probably sell
your copyright to your open IP to someone, and they could sue a violator.
