Hrm. I still remain confused. I just reread the D20 Trademark liscence,
and there's very little there regarding content, other than:
a)You must say "This book requires the use of the D&D 3e PHB"
b)You cannot tell how to create a character or what happens when you
gain a level.
c)The D20 logo must be prominetly displayed
Beyond that, it seems to me I could release a new magic system, a
collection of spells for the existing magic system, "The Compleat Female
Half-Orc Rangers Guidebook",a D20 based Supers Game,rules for a "Baker"
character class, or a completely new combat system without running afoul
of the liscence. If this is NOT the case, I'm wondering what the
motivation will be for commercial (not freeware, which is my personal
goal) publishers to produce D20 products will be.
