I do not have it in front of me, ill post it tomorrow unless someone
else has it on them?

It definitely says "Requires....." at the top -it does not attempt to
say D&D compatible -although it is effectively the same thing if it
requires it...

        Is this by using the phrase: "Requires the use of the 
Dungeons & Dragons(R) Player's Handbook, Third Edition, published by
Wizards of the Coast(R)" , or is it part of some other usage?  

        Is it under the OGL of any version?
