Alright... first, post it to the ogf site :)

Header:

Error: OGL copyright WotC, cannot be used without permission. OGL must
be released with an OGL'd product. Do I need permission from WotC to
publish OGL material???

Section 1:
----------
Opinion: Making "Contributors" a defined word that only refers to owners
of trademarks... I still want credit even if I'm not going to trademark
my work.

Wording: "Derivative Technology" should probably be changed to
Derivative Content or Product...Technology has a connotation of
software/mechanics, not creative content.

Wording: potation? Dictionary definition has to do with drinking.

Section 3:
----------
Wording: Instead of ". . . distributing the Open Game Content" maybe ".
. . distributing _any_ Open Game Content" Perhaps something about
respecting the copyrights of the original contributors???

Overall:
--------
I see nothing about mentioning previous contributors... is this
purposeful?
I know it will be a pain in 10 years to list every contributor, but
shouldn't it be there for copyright stuff?
