I'm glad it's better, but since Ryan asked our opinion I'm giving him mine.  
It may be better but it's not good enough... yet... IMO.  I'm suggesting that 
he let the simple people write it and then edit/comment on our version of the 
OGL.  But like I said in an earlier post, I stated those opinions with the 
belief that the OGL was for the entire gaming community, not just D&D.

I respect that, but it still needs to be useable by the rest of the gaming 
community or why bother?  Or am I missing the point?
