I think (though I don't want to get in the middle of anything) that the
separation of the OGL and the D20 Trademark License supports your point, Martin.
If the OGL were solely about D&D or D20 the two would be a single document. I
had sort of stuck the two together in my head, too, until list members corrected
me.
