Suggestion:Something like this. "For 'transient' postings, such as email or
newsgroup messages, where material intended to be released under the OGL is
included (for example, a single class, or some spells, or a set of new
feats), a simple URL where the OGL may be found is all that is required"
(This presumes that WOTC/OGF will maintain stable servers hosting the OGL.
Thus, for example:
"Hey, here's a nifty new class I came up with! If y'all like it, I'm
releasing it under the OGL, as per http://www.ogl_is_here.com. Any
forwarding, archiving, or resending of this message must include this URL!
Class description follows..."
