Not exactly the same thing...as some folks actually *own* those games and 
would love to revive them...and Scott feels he should get some money for what 
he's contributed as publisher.  I can see both sides (though not necessarily 
agree with Scott, he still has some validity to his claims).  Lets stick to 
Apples and Apples.
