Well, ok Russ.  Maybe nobody has the desire to salvage the 'lil guy. :)  But
I will say you're right . ..  getting bailed out is a lot easier of you've
got "connections" . . . *laugh*  Still, some of us DO see it in that hoodoo
manner at times.  Maybe Martin and I should sign up for night classes in
progressive small business? *chuckle*
