If you write a piece of code that is uniquely your own, and you distribute
it using the GPL, nothing restricts your right to >also< distribute that
material under a different license as well.

If Wizards of the Coast uses material that is covered by the OGL, and didn't
completely originate within this building, we are just as bound by the terms
of the OGL as you are.  There is no "trap door" where OGL material can fall
through into our hands and be rendered Closed.
