It will consume about as much space as the statement of circulation. Atlas
got the whole thing, in readable type, into half a page; and they included a
big disclaimer at the beginning regarding the fact that the license was
still Draft.

Dave Gross and I talk on a regular basis. I am a peer with Johnny Wilson,
who is in charge of all the periodicals. Wizards of the Coast manages by
matrix teams; which means very few decisions are the absolute choice of any
one manager. I'm sure this issue will be discussed at some length;
including the technical details of implmenetation before any decision is
made about how to proceed.
