cover stat blocks? I would like the definition of "Open Game Content"
to explicitly include "game-mechanical description":
(d)"Open Game Content" means the game mechanic and includes the
methods, procedures, processes, routines,

to the extent such content does not embody the Product Identity and
is an enhancement over the prior art; and means any work covered by
this License, including translations and derivative works under
copyright law, but specifically excludes Product Identity.
Since stat blocks contain game-mechanical descriptions, this change
would make it perfectly clear that stat blocks should be marked as
Open but must first be scrubbed clean of any Product Identity.
