        Sorry, but I have to disagree with this one. The Stat Blocks can 
correctly be described as a display "method" or "procedure". They 
are therfore covered under the current wording. Besides, "game-
mechanical"? I doubt that is a real word, and it could later cause 
problems with enforcement....
