[Open_Gaming] When will the final license be available?

  Ryan, some would-be D20 publishers are very hesitant to publish under an 
open license "draft" that is not yert approved by WotC.

  When will WotC approve the license, and (subsequently) when will it be 
posted on the OGF site?
