I'm still getting up to speed on this whole OGL/D20/D&D thing but from what
I can tell so far you COULD produce your game and sell it (provided that you
gave appropriate credit) under the OGL. It could not be a stand-alone
product if you were interested in having the D20 logo on the product as you
would have to exclude certain character creation elements, etc.
