Has anyone gotten answers regarding the following (or could you explain
Ryan if no one has?)...
Specifically I am wondering about section 3.1 Limitation of License
"3.1.1. No Publication distributed under the terms of this License may
contain information on creating characters compatible with the D20 System
Reference Document v0.0."
Meaning we must develop a unique system of character development or that we
may not alter the existing system? Also, what if you add one thing but the
system remains the same otherwise. Is this a violation of the license (ie:
Players directed to Character Generation in teh PHB as per the license
'Requires PHB" section but told "In addition do this..."?)
"3.1.2. No Publication distributed under the terms of this License may
contain information explaining the effects on characters of earning
experience or advancing in "level" as that term is defined in the D20
System Reference Document v0.0."
Same question as before.
