This was true in the old, complex OGL--but is it still true?

PI Trademarks aside, is this really necessary?

Or, "a significant ammount of each."

If the only thing in my work that's OGC is the conversion notes in the back, 
then I can just clearly identify them and not put any important trademarks 
in the back.

If the only thing in my work that's PI is the name, I can just identify that 
and say "all instances of this name are PI."  (right?)
