The document looks good to me . . .     

I suggest that they be integrated into the OGF website somewhere.

5.5 gives people unlimited freedom (within the scope of the license) to
copy, modify and distribute game rules and materials that use game rules.

7. Provides for the continued use of an older license if a new license is
adopted for material previously released using the older license.  This
clause effectivley means that material contributed under this version of the
license cannot be made closed once it is distributed.

I believe the DRL fulfils the defintion of an Open Game License.  Any
objections from the list?
