My take on this:
Depends on what "human readable" means....
a) A text file that can be read using any text editor in the world?
OK, a bit of pain in the butt, but ok.
2) Dead trees version?
Might be a bit tricky if it's a web based product
iii) A command line option that causes the tables to be displayed?
My preferred option.
When I was asking about modal generating software, my idea was version
iii. Ryan didn't have a problem with this. Of course he also said that,
given that it (JavaDM/perlDM) was going to be released as GPL software,
that would _also_ cover the human readable format as well. I'm not so
sure, given that java or perl source code is barely programmer readable,
much less normal human readable.
