1(e) of the OGL no longer includes software. I hadn't realized it had been removed until today. To me, this is a problem. I would like to see language in the OGL addressing software: 1) source code, object code, and binary code can be PI 2) data tables containing OGC cannot be PI 3) all OGC used in software must be distributed in human-readable form along with the software 4) special guidelines for marking OGC and PI in software Any comments? -Brad ------------- For more information, please link to www.opengamingfoundation.org
