Well, persumably you would give the monster a name suitable for your
setting.

You can take all of the OGC from the book and republish it with monster
names of your own design. You could even make you new monster names PI. The
main reason they would mark the names as PI is because they want to use
those specific names to distinguish their setting from others.

The OGL requires that you include all of the copyright notices on the
copyright page. See section 6. This is the extent of what you must do and it
is all you can do.
