Is it possible to include photos of Miniatures, or Models in a D20/OGL
Reference (for example an equipment guide) and include references to the
specific Blister Pack, or Model/Manufacturer without violating Section 7 --
compatibility or co-adaptability.
For example if I provide a Villains Manual, but instead of Original Drawings
of the Characters, I use painted Miniatures. Can I have a sub-title under
the photo saying "Ralpartha, Part No. ### -- Copyright Ralpartha" -- or
perhaps give each photo a unique number, and then provide a table with a
title stating "The following is a listing of the Models depicted in each
photo. This does not indicate compatibility, co-adaptability, or use for a
specific purpose"
Any suggestions, comments would be greatly appreciated.
