[Open_Gaming] How do I say I'm d20 compatible?

All,

I'm currently working on a minature wargaming system
I'd like to say is compatible with D&D and/or d20
(it's for use with mass combat--clash of armies and
that sort of thing).  Eventually it'll be released as
a set of open gaming rules, but I'd like to be able to
say "For use with D&D'" or "For use with d20" when I
publish these rules.

Thoughts?
