Read my statement again.  The only logos I was referring to were the
'online' logos, which are both WotC property and their use is encouraged in
the online policy.  The Webmaster's comments might refer to them alone when
it says "use our property", because it specifically is referring to the
online policy, not just property in general.  This would be perfectly
consistent with the rest of the policy, and end up granting nothing useful
to the fan-publisher.

You can argue that the policy is deliberately misleading, but you can't say
it encourages people to use copyrighted FR material to make fan sites.  All
it encourages is the use of the special 'online' logos.
