I'm curious what the definition is. If I sing an off-beat rip-off of 'My
Sharona' to a crowd of people, is that distribution? How about if they
wander off and relay it? Similarly, if word of mouth carries my house rule
across the country, am I guilty of distribution? If not, what's the
difference? Where's the line?
