Faust- Here is another consideration. If you accidently include PI in your "scanned" list of open material, you run into big legal ramifications. My previous suggestion (using abbreviated lists of open content) avoids this potential problem for you. I applaud your desire to aid designers. I just dont want to see an "its open so its open, deal with it" mentality (which I am not fully ascribing to you) damage the incentive to create further open content.
