I've got to disagree here.  Sure, mistakes can happen... but if the Average 
Man is unable to read throguh a OGL'd document and not pick out all the PI, 
thus leaving himself with a mass of OGL he can do whatever he wants with, 
then the OGL'd doc is very likely failing in "marking OGC and PI as 
seperate."

That's true, though.  :)  The best way to not have to deal with a messed-up 
SRD is to make one yourself.
