"Wrong."

The OGL *ONLY* opens that which is *specifically designated* as OGC.  It 
can't touch anything else.

If you don't use the OGL, you don't have permission to use someone's OGC.  
If you don't use the OGL, you don't have any OGC and thus no one has 
permission to go after your work.


I won't comment on the legality of fansites, mostly because I haven't a leg 
to stand on.

P.S.  No, I am not a lawyer.  Just a rabid fan who's been on this list for 
far too long and has a tendency to ignore bad fan sites.
