For those contributing to the proposed database it would be well to remember
that unless it is in a prepackaged zip-file, anything down-loadable must
include the full text of the OGL. Ryan made that clear when he was
discussing Doug's "Craft of the Mind". And now to bed.

Good point.  I would urge that each file contain, at the very least, the
following information:

1) Which version of the OGL the content was released under and a link to the
full text of that license
2) The name and publisher of the OGC
3) a reproduction of the Copyright Notice section of the OGL form the
product it appeared in
4) Publisher's Website Address and Contact Information

Depending on how the database is set up, most of the information could be
set up once and retrieved when necessary to reduce redundancy.
