I have just posted a draft of a new STL on the www.opengamingfoundation.org
website.
The new document is really two documents, the agreement itself, and a
"guide" that really explains what you can and cannot do with the agreement.
You can download both files at www.opengamingfoundation.org/d20.html.
Please take some time to examine these drafts and provide feedback. This
represents what I think will be the final format (though not necessarily the
final terms and conditions) of the Trademark License.
