Wouldn't the license allow him to print / distribute the entirety of the
D20SRD as an appendix?
Wouldn't the D20STL violate the OGL if it prohibited this?
(If the D20SRD doesn't mention WotC save for its copyright notice, he can't
mention them again... but he can present the SRD in exactly the way it is
presented to him.)
