Because the "D20 System" trademark is being removed from the SRD.  That
includes the name of the SRD.  So, if you say D20 SRD you will be referring
to a non-existent document.  In order to use the words "D20 System" you'll
either violate the OGL or you'll use the D20 STL, which has specific
guidelines (the 'optional marks' section is in the D20 STL) for how you can
use the Wizards of the Coast mark.
