So you could take a list of Q&As and place it anywhere you want, as a normal 
file?

Which may or may not be a good thing, depending on the purpose of it.  Of 
course, you'd want to have *someone* reviewing the FAQ, and controlling the 
script.

"Creativity by Committee isn't."  Possibly the same with FAQs.
