Well... I am actually in the process of setting up some web forums at the
OGExchange.com site, but what I had in mind would not allow "conversations"
and would act for all intents and purposes like a normal FAQ. And it would
be "Freely Distributable"

Actually the only difference between what I was thinking of, and a normal
"FAQ" -- is that no one has to manually edit the FAQ.
What I was thinking of was modeling the FAQ system available at jguru.com
(like this one: http://www.jguru.com/jguru/faq/faqpage.jsp?name=TINI). They
call theirs a "Community Driven FAQ"
