The trademark seems to be "d20 System", and IANAL, but I don't think "d20"
can be a mark.  I don't know if that means "d20" infringes on "d20 System"
or not.  I would sure like to know if WotC thinks it does, but I'd also like
a new Ferrari...I think the latter will be easier to get.

Regardless, it may be that "d20" is disputed, meaning that naming your
product "d20 ..." anything without using the d20 STL would be essentially
leaving the "safe-harbor".
