        I would certainly agree with this, and I hope that this
point comes across clearly from my site.  I try to emphasize
throughout my site that I am not an expert and that any opinion
expressed should be taken with that in mind.  Wherever possible,
I link out to actual legal sites containing essays by lawyers,
real judgements, and the law itself.  (If you know of other
relevant legal sites which I do not link to, please let me know.)

        Obviously hiring a lawyer who is an expert within the
field is the best option.  However, as a practical matter that
isn't always possible -- especially for those who are working
on freeware projects.
