The 'plot hooks' concept in my D20 Supers game(which I'm still
developing;my recent wedding has curtailed my game writing time) is
along the lines of 'Minor Disadvantage -- Fear Of Water:Gain 3
additional skill points OR one minor power. You must make a DC 15 Wisdom
check to get on a boat.'. If I do not say what to DO with skill points,
I believe I am still 'STL Safe'. Is this correct?
