The part about giving up rights is not open.  The rest of 
it is wonderful.  I don't want to sound unappreciative and 
I realize there is a long road ahead.

I thought it was about publishing for profit *wink*

PI is pretty much all encompassing of anything creative.  I
think many people could have accepted just trademarks.  It 
remains to be seen whether any other projects can successfully 
operate under the OGL (I realize there are not-for-profit efforts).
