The only burden to OGL use I see is the Trademark bit, which (as Ryan 
suggested) can probably be gotten around by a blanket "can we have 
permission to use your trademarks according to the bounds of fair-use in 
non-open gaming articles, indcluding review, editorials, etc..."

Individual permission is problematic, and prohibitivly so to boot.  It 
sounds like a good place to suggest a change to the OGL... but that won't 
happen until sometime next year at the earliest.  (Hasbro legal, remember?)
