Listen, I hear you. This is what I have been trying to
say for a while. I have both the training (I am a
lawyer) and practical experience (I have written the
legal text for six products under the OGL/d20 drafts)
and I sill find this a complicated and difficult area.
I'm not trying to sound "all big," I just want people
to please, please please consult an attorney if you
are concerned about liability issues. Dont just rely
on the friendly and well-meaning advice on this list.
